Sarah Grigg has been with Business Knowledge Systems for two and a half years. She supports the IT engineers and helpdesk. She collaborates with customers and IT engineers to ensure all inquiries and problems are resolved in a timely manner.
Communication is a key part of Sarah’s job, making sure the customer is highly satisfied with their resolution. Sarah’s background is in finance, which allows her to help make decisions on financial planning within the company. Finally, being a mother of four daughters has given Sarah the necessary skill set to manage our hectic IT helpdesk.
In her free time, Sarah studies ancient eastern mysticism in the hopes to one day reach Nirvana and ascend from the mortal plane. Sarah also enjoys going to any Chicago sporting event, (With the exception of the White Sox). Go Cubs!
