BKS PASSWORD RESET with Cyber QP (QuickPass)
BKS has partnered with Cyber QP to bring users a secure self-assist password reset portal!
Password resets are one of the largest ticket categories for service desks. Users need their passwords reset right away and any delay can cause and an interruption in their schedule and workflow. With that in mind, we are adding a new way for you to reset your own passwords. Thus, preventing disruptions caused by password issues. With this service, you will be able to reset your Windows logon as well as your Office 365 email and portal password using a cell phone.
One thing to note, once installed this service will also sync both those passwords. Because of the password sync some of you may be directed to enter your password in your Office 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, etc.). You will just need to enter your main computer password if you are prompted.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Your Office 365 Password may reset to match your Windows logon password.

- End-users will receive a welcome email from Cyber QP providing instructions on how to activate your account with Quickpass.
