The BKS helpdesk process is even more streamlined and efficient with this support chat feature in Teams. From the initial request for a helpdesk ticket to the resolution of the issue, getting support for your IT related issues has never been more convenient!
Simply click on the BKS support icon (aka: a thread) located on the side of Teams to start a helpdesk ticket via Teams chat.
